("Entrepreneur") in the aggregate (and without disclosing any of the details specific to you and your business in your answers to the questionnaire) for the following purposes:

• To identify and rank the highest performing entrepreneurs in America in several general and specific categories according to a proprietary algorithm based on the information you submit
• To analyze the characteristics of high performing entrepreneurs and how their decisions are different from lower performers
• To identify the specific behaviors that are most likely to cause higher performance for entrepreneurial businesses

In the event that your business is selected to be ranked as one of the highest performing entrepreneurial businesses, you further understand and agree that, by participating in the Entrepreneur360™, some or all of the details specific to you and your business in your answers to the questionnaire (including the range of annual revenue selected and number of employees provided) may be disclosed to the public via Entrepreneur's media outlets such as Entrepreneur® magazine and its website www.entrepreneur.com.
